Welcome to the Grove Seniors' Village

The Grove Seniors' Housing Co-Operative Ltd. is an 89 unit development located in the city of Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada that provides affordable self-contained housing to independent seniors.  

18 of the units are one bedroom duplexes and the remaining 71 units are two bedroom single family dwellings.
