Clubhouse Hall Booking Form

The Grove Seniors Housing Cooperative clubhouse is available for private functions for members and for the public subject to availability.  The cost to non member individuals or outside groups is $200/day plus a damage deposit of $200. No sale of alchoholic beverages is permitted and parking is limited.

This form is provided to establish initial contact with our rental coordinator. Ellen Samia, who can provide further information on availability and supplied items (tables/chairs, etc.) The facility is provided with a 60" TV with HDMI and VGA connectivity to support presentations and the sound system has two wireless microphones.

A small domestic kitchen can be utilized for the preparation of snacks and a three pot Bunn coffee maker is available for use. 
Also provided for rental use is a refrigerator for food and beverages.
